The FD is showing cold air ingress to the foot of the door. The issue is worsened to the bottom

corners to which there is a small gap between the skirting and fd cill.

Trickle vents

The trickle vents to the DWC and bathroom are showing an inconsistent amount of cold air ingress

when closed. This is likely due to incorrect installation and them not being able to close full flush to

the frame.

Plinth

Cold air ingress is noted to around the kitchen plinth, this is usually in relation to the wall below the

external wall (behind the kitchen units) not being finished and thus a draught being present.

Bed 2

The window within bed 2 is showing condensation build up, this is likely in relation to cold air

ingress and an inadequate window seal.
