MESSAGE from the Editor

Suppose you came upon someone in the woods working to saw down a tree. They are exhausted from

working for hours. You suggest they take a break to sharpen the saw. They might reply, " I didn't have time tosharpen the saw, I'm busy sawing!"

Taking the time to sharpen the saw is vital. It renews all the four dimensions of our nature - physical, spiritual,

mental and social/emotional, we can work more quickly and effortlessly. To do this, we must be proactive. Most

of us live in a reactive mode based on the social mirror. Our scripts are based on the opinions, prescriptions, andparadigms of the people surrounding them. As interdependent people, we recognize our role as part of that

social mirror. We can affirm the proactive nature of others by treating them as responsible people. We can help

support them as principle-centered, value-based, interdependent, worthwhile individuals. As as result our self

renewal can be supported too.

Moving along the upward spiral requires us to learn, commit and do more on increasingly higher planes. Each

day is an opportunity to renew our faith, redefine our spirit and move closer toward our goals. While growing

deeper in the knowledge of your spirit, you strengthen your resistance to challenges.

The Cine Teatro completed 10n years in the Entertainment industry, the CTs Facebook account reached a

record 10,00,000 fan base and its growing at a gargantuan rate, CT launched 10 new screens in Pune, Channai

and Goa. CT won siew of awards .

We also received a lot of interesting articles from you which are on the contribution from employee page. Keep

sharing these nuggets with us. It feels great to hear from you.

Cine Teatro Daycare

A Dream Comes True

'Stop worrying about your little ones whilst you are at work'. You now have a facility, that is professionally

designed and managed; to take care of every need of your wee ones. Inaugurated on the 9th of November 2010, ,

by Ms. Tanya Dubash, this facility is being managed by 'The Little Company' with trained staff in attendance.

Apart from catering to creative comforts of the child, the Daycare Centre also offers playschool facilities to

basic schooling.

Daily exta curricular activities include karate, vocal music, basket ball, magic paint box, speech & drama,

science mania, kitchen chemistry, folk dance, keyboard and pottery to bring out and nurture the prodigy in your

child.

This facility is created to help the professional in you to focus on your career without being unduly concernedabout your child. After all, you know you are less than 15 minutes away from your little darling.

Navratra Puja Celebration

Pooja organized in theater premises is important in creating sense of togetherness and trust amongst

employees.

At Cine teatro, Pune theater Navratra pooja was organized which was attended by all employees.

Training

Reward Program

The "Take Action" reward program was organized for all employees to identify patrons illegally recording a

movie.

Some action the employee should take are as follow:

Identify a person operating a video camera or other recording device to copy a movie in a theatre Immediately notify the police Stop the recording before the movie ends File a police report

The above training was given to the employee in the training program.

National Suggestions Day

On 17

th

November2010 we have organized National Suggestions Schemes day at our theater premises. Inthis day we invited creative suggestions from employees and organized first, second & third prizes for the

winners.

State Safety Day Celebrations at Cine Teatro BKC Theater

State Safety Day was celebrated on 3rd December 07 at Godrej Hershey Foods & Beverages Ltd. Mandideep.

On this occasion Safety Quiz, Instant Speech competitions were organised and winners suitably awarded.

Speaking on the occasion; the speakers emphasized that all employees should dedicate themselves for the cause

of safety on this day. Safety Oath was taken by the employees to follow the safety guide lines.

An exhibition of fire extinguishers was also organized to create awareness about safety amongst employees.

Aids Awareness Programme

On 1st December 2010, on the eve of World Aids Day, Aids Awareness Prog. was organised for Pune theater

employees. Mr. Arun Khataukar and Mr. Dilip Kapdi from Personnel Department conducted this awarenesssession.

CT Gen-Next Christmas Party

A Christmas Party was organized for Gen-NEXT of Cine Teatro Parivar which was held at Sunrise Hall, BKC

on 23rd December. The party started at 10:30 am. The Children celebrated Christmas with Santa and enjoyed

the many games specially organized for them.

Master Pratik Baban Saptal, son of Mr. Baban B. Saptal ( BKC Theater employee) stood first from St. JosephHigh School in the 7th National Cyber Olympiad organised by Science Olympiad Foundation. He is awarded

with a gold medal for his success by this foundation.

Gunwant Kamgar Kalyan Puraskar - 2007 for Mr. Sitaram Ankush Ghagre

Mr. Sitaram Ankush Ghagre, a non - management employee from BKC Theater, has been selected for the

Gunwant Kamgar Kalyan Puraskar - 2007 by the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board, Govt. of Maharashtra.

Hearty Congratulations to Mr. Sitaram A Ghagre for winning this prestigious award.

Super hit films in the Cine Teatro

1. Dabangg:: Arbaaz Khan Productions gives film industry this awesome movie. Generally Dabangg means we

can say who is free from any type of fear. Salman Khan was in the character of Chulbul Pandey, the fearless

inspector as the hero and Sonakshi Sinha was the debut actress for this film. The Director of the movie is

Abhinav Kashyap and producer is Arbaaz Khan. This movie is the highest grossing Bollywood film of the year2010. Its net Gross till November 2010 is 140,10,00,000.

2. Golmaal 3:: Director Rohit Shetty once again come with his latest comedy movie Golmaal 3 which is

produced by Dhillin Mehta under the banner of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd. You can also view our

previous post Golmaal 3 Becomes Second Hit Film After Dabang. The stars for the movie are Ajay Devgn,

Tusshar Kapoor, Johny Lever, Mithun Chakraborty and actress Kareena Kapoor. Net grossing for the movie is

103,34,00,000 which is second after Dabangg.

3. Raajneeti:: The movie Raajneeti, under Prakash Jha Productions is nothing but just a political drama which

looks like a real. It could not be easy for everyone to learn such a diffucult dialogues. Katrina Kaif really does ahard work in the movie and gave her best performance to make the movie successful. Ajay Devgn, Nana

Patekar, Manoj Bajpai, Arjun Rampal and Ranbir Kapoor also gives their best in the movie due to which the

film was able to make the Net Gross of 92,93,00,000.

4. My Name is Khan:: The Director Karan Johar once again brings this Golden pair Shah Rukh Khan and

Kajol on the silver screen back. The film is about Rizwan Khan, the character performed by Shah Rukh Khan

who is suffering from Aspergers Syndrome, a birth disorder. SRK really gives powerful performance in the

movie. If we talk about the Net Gross for the film then it is 72,74,00,000.

5. Housefull:: The movie Housefull is a comedy film Directed by Sajid Khan casting Akshay Kumar, Deepika

Padukone with Ritesh Deshmukh, Arjun Rampal and Lara Dutta. Breaking mostly all records it becomes one of

the most successful and biggest movie with opening weekends and its Net Gross is 72,07,00,000.

6. I Hate Luv Storys:: In a very short period of time the movie becomes popular among the youths and ImranKhan and cutest actress of Bollywood Sonam Kapoor becomes success to create a good image on the mind of

the bollywood fans. This is the another topper film of 2010 with Net Gross of 43,68,00,000 in the list of Top

Bollywood Films.

7. Ishqiya:: This movie is also in the list of Best Bollywood Films of 2010. Abhishek Chaubey directed film

Ishqiya is the great combination of comedy and crime casting with Arshad Warsi, Naseeruddin Shah and Vidya

Balan

8. Robot:: Robot, as the name suggest, is a Science fiction movie starring all time famous actor Rajinikanth,

Aishwarya Rai and acting after a long time Danny Denzongpa.

9. Guzaarish:: This is a romantic movie starring with Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai and is directed by

Sanjay Leela Bhansali. And this is another topper of bollywood films in 2010.

10. Action Replayy:: This is a comedy film which is Directed by Vipul Shah starring Akshay Kumar, Randhir

Kapoor, Neha Dhupia and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The movie is about a guy who goes back in the past, to

manage and rewrite the love story of his parents, with the help of a Time Machine invented by Grandfather of

his Girlfriend. The thing to watch is if he will mange to change the past or not.

Jokes, Funny Pics and poems!

Where is GOD?!!!

Two little boys, ages 8 and 10, are extremely mischievous. They are always getting into trouble and their

parents know all about it. If any mischief occurs in their town, the two boys are probably involved.

The boys' mother heard that a preacher in town had been successful in disciplining children, so she asked

if he would speak with her boys. The preacher agreed, but he asked to see them individually. So the

mother sent the 8 year old first, in the morning, with the older boy to see the preacher in the afternoon.

The preacher, a huge man with a booming voice, sat the younger boy down and asked him sternly, "Do

you know where God is, son?". The boy's mouth dropped open, but he made no response, sitting therewide-eyed with his mouth hanging open.

So the preacher repeated the question in an even sterner tone, "Where is God?!"

Again, the boy made no attempt to answer. The preacher raised his voice even more and shook his finger

in the boy's face and bellowed, "Where is God?!"

The boy screamed and bolted from the room, ran directly home and dove into his closet, s lamming the

door behind him. When his older brother found him in the closet, he asked, "what happened?"

The younger brother, gasping for breath, replied, "We are in BIG trouble this time.........................
