Hotmail/Live/ MSN/Outlook.com

Step 1: From the mailbox window, click on the arrow pointing down next to whichever Microsoft email you may have: MSN/Hotmail/Live/Outlook.com which is located on the left side of the top page.

Step 2:

You should now see the window as shown below. From there click on “People”

Step 3: Click “+ New" located towards the top of the screen (Usually on a color strip).

Step 4:

In the “Email” box, insert the following email address:

studentsupport@medcerts.com

Step 5:

Click on “+ Email” below the email field

Step 6: Type in the following email address: support@livementors.com and then click on the “+ Email” below the box

Type in the email

address and then

click the +Email

to enter another

email address

Step 7: Type in the following email address: notify@quickbase.com And once you have entered all the email addresses click the “Save” button.

Step 8:

This mail program allows only a maximum of 3 emails to be entered per contact. In

order to enter the final email address, you will need to start a new contact. Follow

steps 3 and 4 again to enter: techsuport@medcerts.com then follow step 7 to Save.
