ResultsToday 10,000 hotels around the world give HotelTonight their last-minute inventory. “I would say 9,950 of those partners have been signed up via DocuSign as we learned early on the tremendous value that the company’s DTM platform provides,“ says Simon. “And, no matter where I am in the world, I can track at any time how many hotels we have in the production pipeline as well as which account manager is having the most success – all from my mobile device with DocuSign.”

By integrating DocuSign with Salesforce, HotelTonight is able to ensure accuracy. He adds, “It’s the hotelier that is entering the information versus us. DocuSign’s integration with Salesforce ensures one version of the truth based on what hoteliers provide us. As soon as they DocuSign, our systems are updated with their current information.”

For HotelTonight, there is a direct relationship between the ease of which the company allow partners to work with it, and their willingness to work with the company.
