Dr. Garg is the founder of Implant seminars, the nation’s larg-est provider of dental implant continuing education. He is considered the world’s preeminent authority on bone biology, bone harvesting and bone grafting for dental implant surgery. He has written and published eight books, which have been translated into multiple languages and distributed worldwide. Dr. Garg is the current president of the International Dental Implant Association.

Nate Booth, D.D.S.Dr. Nate Booth is a speaker, consultant and coach who helps dentists discover the success strategies of the nation’s most successful dentists. Nate received his DDS degree from the University of Nebraska in 1971 and was in private dental practice for nine years. In 1983 he returned to school and earned a master’s degree in counseling. Nate worked closely with Anthony Robbins from 1987 to 1997. As CEO of Nate Booth & Associates, his goal is to help all dentists be more profitable and enjoy their profession.

Dr. Jason Goodchild is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlise, Pennsylvania. He received his dental training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he still holds a faculty position as Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Oral Medicine. Dr. Goodchild has pub-lished numerous articles on eternal sedation, oral medicine & pharmacology. He is also the reviewer for the Journal of the American Dental Association, General Dentistry & Quintes-sence International.

Dr. Renzo Casellini is a Master Dental Technologist trained inSwitzerland and for the past 37 years has been the owner of the Swiss Quality Dental Ceramics & Dental Implant Studio in Los Angeles, California. He services accounts throughout the US and Internationally. His detailed articles on implants and esthetics have been featured in over 50 professional publica-tions worldwide.

Yoh Sawatari, D.D.S.Dr. Yoh Sawatari is a dentist licensed to practice dentistry in Florida and Michigan. Dr. Sawatari specializes in dentistry and oral & maxillofacial surgery and practices dentistry in Miami.

Sally Gibb joined MVision in 2004. She is a skilled private equity professional with a background as a lawyer. At MVision Sally coordinates the administration and marketing of numer-ous client mandates and develops and maintains important re-lationships in the investor communities in the US and Europe. Previously Sally worked as a commercial lawyer specializing in property finance and commercial law for Duncan Cotterill, an Australasian legal firm. In this role, she has undertaken work for a wide variety of clients including banks, financial service companies and private lenders. Sally has a joint Bach-elor of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Otago, New Zealand. She is a qualified lawyer.

Devesh Tiwary, MD, JD, FACS, is one of a handful of prac-ticing attorneys who is also a fully licensed, board certified physician. He has evaluated over 2000 medical malpractice cases and takes cases only on behalf of patients injured due to medical malpractice (or negligence) in Florida.

Denise Merdich, MSN, ARNP, is a certified national inject-able trainer of Botox and dermal fillers. For the past 15 years she has focused her career in non-surgical aesthetics and has trained thousands of doctors across all fields in mainstream and advanced techniques for Botox and dermal filler treat-ments. Denise currently acts as a national clinical trainer for one of the most renowned dermal filler companies and was also an instructor for Allergan (maker of Botox & Juvederm) for 7 years.
