Check-in in the afternoon. We await you with

a cup of herb tea made of herbs from the farm.

An eco sustainable dinner based on vegetables

and herbs from our own vegetable and gardens

will make you dream of the flowers’ splendid

colours.

Saturday, 27/06/09

A sun salutation before Saturday morning’s rich

breakfast will give you the necessary energy for

a walk between Swiss pines and larches that are

so proud of their position. We will thoroughly

enjoy our well-deserved break for a picnic in

a place where…we won’t be the only ones to

pasture. Aperitif at 7 pm in “Ciasa vedla”, the

old house of the Costa family. Meet a South Ty-

rolean farmer family with their elder syrup and

homemade wood strawberry jam, an inventor

of medicinal herb products based on edelweiss

as well as our trusted cheesemaker and taste a

dense and dark Lagrein Dunkel presented by a

biodynamic wine grower. Finally, due to our re-

sponsibility and awareness, we would like you

to try African couscous and sugar. Fair trade, of

course, what else?

Saturday, 11/07/09

12 noon: Exclusive tasting of the precious Châ-

teau d’Yquem 1934 millésime for a limited

number of persons. Afterwards lunch accompa-

nied by Bordeaux wines.

4.30 pm: Vertical tasting of Château d’Yquem

2005, 2004, 2001, 2000, 1997,1989 and Chateau

Y d’Yquem 2006 millésimes.

7.30 pm: aperitif in our bar: Paillard Blanc de

Blanc 1996.

Afterwards dinner in the Tyrolean lounges of

the La Perla hotel accompanied by Château

d’Yquem 2000, Château d’Yquem 2004, Cheval

Blanc 2001 and Château d’Yquem 1950.

11 am: Tasting of two vintages of Chateau

Cheval Blanc magnum. Afterwards lunch ac-

companied by Bordeaux wines.

7 pm: we immerse into the atmosphere of Tibe-

tan sounds with Max Castlunger & the Mishra

Group. Afterwards, there will be the presenta-

tion of current projects as well of the new project

of the Costa Family Foundation at the Murin;

the foundation aims at collecting 30,000.00

euros within 2010 for bearing the costs of two

lecture rooms of the TCV educational establi-

shment that will be built in Bangalore for 54

Tibetan students.

During this evening with life music the famous

and Michelin stars awarded chef Carlo Cracco

will spoil our guests with two special dishes

from his renowned cuisine prepared with in-

gredients sponsored by the suppliers of the La

Perla hotel on the occasion of this event.

The day of silence for both guests and staff at

the La Perla hotel officially begins at 3 pm. As

usually, the hotel staff will be at your complete

disposal, but they won‘t say a word. Inside the

hotel, you can find different places for playing

games, reading, observing and listening.

There will be time for ourselves, for our body

and for nature.
