Mirage’s LSA range is designed for ease of use, making line stops in conjunction with the required line stop head and housings. Able to operate on various material pipelines, through differing wall thickness and either surface or subsea, without the need to shut down the line.

The Mirage MHT range is designed for ease of use in making 3 - 12 inch (76 - 305mm) taps into various material pipelines and tanks with the ability to fast traverse and vary the cutter feed rate. Hydraulically or pneumatically operated with industry standard boring bar connection and flange adapter connection for existing equipment. Maximum working pressure is 1,480 p.s.i (100 bar) at 100°F (38°C). Operating temperature continuous rating is 350°F (177°C) at 1025 psi (70 bar). Intermittent service rating is -20°F (-9°C) to 700°F (371°C) at 700 psi (48 bar). Supplied complete with hot tap machine, (air preparation equipment where required) and boring bar drive motor, lifting brackets, (3 - 4”), (6 - 12”) cutter holders, connection hoses, valves and pressure gauge, toolkit, all required mounting studs and nuts and #600 RTJ connection spool, RTJ soft iron seal, CE certificate, packing list and manual - pressure certificate for working pressure - 1480 psi (100 bar).

The Mirage MHT range is designed for ease of use in making 12 - 42“ (305 - 1067mm) taps into various material pipelines and tanks with the ability to fast traverse and vary the cutter feed rate.

Hydraulically or pneumatically operated with industry standard boring bar connection and flange adapter connection for existing equipment.

Maximum working pressure is 1,480 p.s.i (100 bar) at 100°F (38°C). Operating temperature continuous rating is 350°F (177°C) at 1025 psi (70 bar). Intermittent service rating is -20°F (-9°C) to 700°F (371°C) at 700 psi (48 bar).

Access ladder and platform provided for operator use.

Supplied complete with hot tap machine, (air preparation equipment where required) and boring bar drive motor, lifting Brackets, (12 - 24”) (26 - 42”) cutter holders, connection hoses, valves and pressure gauge, toolkit, all required mounting studs and nuts and #600 RTJ connection spool, RTJ soft iron seal, CE certificate, packing list and manual - pressure certificate for working pressure - 1480 psi (100 bar).

The Mirage LSA range is designed for ease of use in making 4-12 inch (102 - 305mm) line stops in conjunction with the required line stop head and housings into various material pipelines with varying wall thickness, surface or subsea. Hydraulically operated cylinder with control bar with direct measurement reading for distance control and double lock for securing the line stop head in place. Industry standard connection flange adapter for existing equipment. Maximum working pressure is 1,480 p.s.i (102 bar) at 100°F (38°C). Operating temperature continuous rating is 181°F (83°C). The Mirage LSA4-12 has a valve bank positioned at the lower end of the cylinder for ease of operation. The machine is supplied complete with actuator, hydraulic valve and pressure relief, control bar protector and pressure test end cap, certified lifting bracket, connection hoses, all required mounting studs and nuts and #600 connection spool, CE certificate, packing list and manual - pressure certificate for working pressure - 1480 psi (102 bar).
