Hostess FAQ’s 1. Make sure your customers fill out their name, address, and email completely. Why? In case there is something wrong with their order, I will need to reach them. We also have to have their ZIP CODE if they make a credit card payment, in order to process that credit card. If you are paying by credit card, please be assured that I destroy all credit card information as soon as it is entered. Please make sure the customer includes the expiration date of the credit card and also the CVC number on the back. I take the utmost precautions to protect your information. 2. All orders will be directly shipped to the customers unless you want them shipped to you to deliver. 3. How do I add up a customer’s order? At this point Jamberry is taking care of all the sales tax unless the customer lives in the state of Utah. Shipping is a flat rate of $2.99 on orders under $59.99. Over $60 the charge is 5% of the order total. How long will it take to get my orders? Orders will ship out as soon as they are entered on the website. The guests do not need to wait until the party closes! If they go on the website and order/pay before the party they will be receive their order in 7-10 business day. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. 6. FREE product cannot be applied to other hostess ½ off items. 7. What if I decide I want to sign up as a consultant and make all the commission off of my own party? As long as you tell me before your party starts, we will enroll you that day and get you started right away. Plus, you’ll get all the future bookings from your friends, you’ll still be the hostess for your own party and receive all those benefits, AND you’ll make the commission off your own party, AND you’ll be close to earning lots of free gifts from the company for your fast start (ask me for more details!) Alternately, you may use the hostess credit towards the purchase of your “kit”. 8. Don’t forget that we do fundraisers!
