Honor Roll Criteria
Distinguished Honors: 4.0 GPA or better
High Honors: 3.7-3.99
Honors: 3.3-3.69
To be on honor roll students must achieve the grade point average with no grade lower than a “C.”
Final Exam Exemption
To earn exemption from the final exam, a student will have achieved an average of 93 or higher in the class by the close of the fourth marking period.
This average would be based on the four marking periods and id-term exam using the following formula: (MP1 + MP2 + MP3 + MP4) x 2 + MT/9
This formula insures that the marking periods are given twice the weight of a single exam grade.
No half-year course exemptions remain!
