RESERVATION OF RIGHT

The organisers reserve the right to cancel any classes or event, divide any class, transfer competitors between

sections of as class, alter advertised times, refuse any entry, with or without stating the reason.

BEHAVIOUR The use of bad and/or abusive language by a competitor, Team Manager, any Club Official or Parent

will entail disqualification from any PCAWA event. Abuse of a horse will not be tolerated and will

result in elimination.

POLICY POSITION STATEMENTS

PCAWA acknowledges that the health and safety of all participants is always the first priority. The

development of a various policies is an essential outcome of a risk assessment evaluation for any sporting club

or association, including PCAWA. PCAWA have developed the following policies all of which are available on

our website. We require our affiliated clubs to abide by PCAWA rules and policies without discretion. The

PCAWA Constitution, Policies and all relevant documents and forms are available on our website

This event will be run under the 2017 Pony Club WA Prince Philip Mounted Games Rule Book and

the 2017 Pony Club WA Novelties Rule Book.

The Go for 2&5 State Active Riding Qualifier is an alcohol, drug & smoke free event.

Consumption of alcohol by riders will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification of their

club.

Consumption of alcohol by parents/spectators is strongly discouraged. Any disruptive behaviour

by riders/parents/spectators from 5pm Friday 4th August until the conclusion of competition on

Sunday 6th August may incur disqualification of their club

The Avon Descent is on Saturday starting from the tower in town early Saturday morning. Very

exciting to watch the boats going over the weir on Saturday morning. There is a street parade and

mardi gras in the main street and along the river followed by fireworks on Friday night. Well worth

going along to.
