During your party:

I will be posting information about our products, becoming a hostess, and joining my team. There will be questions and games for your guest to interact with. Guest may place orders at any time using the order link. All orders must be placed by the last day of your party in order to count for host rewards. Once we have a total of all orders placed, I will let you know how many FREE products you have earned. Remember we want you to be able to get all the items on your wish list, so be sure to invite everyone you think might be interested, tag them on posts you think apply to them, share your event a few times, and remind people they can order right away. Your guests can order anytime. They do not have to wait until the end of the party.

Maximize Attendance

Here are some tips to help you maximize your party attendance:

• Make your guest list carefully. Sit down at least 2 different times to work on it so that you’re sure to remember as many guests as possible.

• Hand-deliver invitations if possible. A personal invitation can make a big difference.

• Invitations are best delivered about a week before your party. Too early, and people forget, too late and their schedules get full.

• Encourage your guests to “share” their invitation. Be sure everyone knows guests, friends, and tag-alongs are most welcome!

• Have catalogs with you when you deliver your invitations. Showing off BellaHoot is another great way to motivate guests.

• Collecting phone numbers and email addresses for your invitees will help you to follow up with a quick and friendly reminder 24 to 48 hours before your party.

• Leave guests with extra invitations. Let them know to fil them out and carry them so they can hand them out when they think of someone who may be interested in attending.

• Give out business cards so they can contact your consultant with questions or to place an order. Let them know even if they cannot attend, they can still place an order by filling our an order form, using your order link, or contacting your Consultant.

Taking Orders Before Your Party

1. Share BellaHoot in person with friends, family, colleagues, groups you are affiliated with…. Show everyone your BellaHoot Catalogs or your order link.

2. Collect Orders - Have customers fill out and order form. Then add shipping and sales tax if applicable to their order.

3. Customer Order Forms - Please instruct each customer to complete the ENTIRE order form. This is so I can contact her in case any issues or questions should arise.

4. Taking Payment – Customers who order from your order link can pay directly on the site. Customers submitting an order form, can pay you directly so you can submit their orders and payments to your Consultant.

5. Rewards –All orders collected or made during your party will count towards your host rewards.

7. Delivery - Your BellaHoot party will only be open for two weeks. Once you are finished collecting orders, and your party is over, I will enter all of your orders into my system. You can expect delivery or orders and rewards within 2 weeks of that date.
