The Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado will host the Annual Leadership and Legacy Gala on September 25, 2018. We are excited to celebrate ten years of promoting the leadership development of Denver’s emerging leaders. ULFC thrives through preparing leaders to excel to higher heights. We accomplish this by preparing leaders to contribute and diversify boards and commissions, and ensuring ULFC leaders are engaged politically and civically, while excelling professionally. We will celebrate this ten year milestone by honoring African-American leaders who have exemplified excellence in leadership and service, while leaving a legacy for future leaders to follow; as well as highlighting leaders and organizations committed to service, inclusivity, and making impactful contributions daily.

Since our founding in 2007, the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado has successfully graduated nearly 350 leaders, provided $100,000 in scholarships for program participants, completed 30 plus community service projects, and has cultivated African American elected officials, CEOs, philanthropic giving organizations, board members, and much more. Our mission is to prepare the next generation of leaders today and to create a pipeline of talented leaders ready to serve, promote, affect change, and work to ensure Colorado’s workforce reflects its communities.
