1” X-treme Low Temp Bobtail Hose

Large Transfer Hose

For liquid or gaseous transfer of propane. 350 lb working pressure. All sizes are UL21 and CGA Type 1 approved. Cover is pin pricked for gas dissipation.

This hose is an extremely flexible low temperature product made specifically for bobtail delivery reel systems. It reels on and off the truck easily and also has improved abrasion resistance for longer life.

This hose is manufactured with abrasion resistant cover and textile braid reinforcement. Designed for long life in transport unloading, bobtail loading and other similar large volume transfer operations.

Hose is stocked in 750 foot reels. We will cut to length to match your requirements. We also make custom fitted hose assemblies. Let us know your end fitting requirements and we will crimp the ends on for you.

Hose is stocked in 100 ft., 125ft., and 150ft. lengths. Hose is factory pressure tested and comes coupled with crimped on 1” Male NPT fittings. Other lengths available by special order.

Pressure test documentation is included with each assembly.

Stocked lengths are 15 ft. and 20 ft. Other lengths available by special order. Fittings may be crimped on or bolt on.

Hose swivel adapters are designed to prevent hose stress due to twisting during assembly and to reduce the need for unions at the hose couplings. The female swivel end of these adapters is a straight pipe thread with a 30O seat. All male pipe fittings that are used with these fittings must have the mating 30O bevel in order to effect a proper seal. Most hose couplings have this seat.
