Our speciality is the hire to victims of non-

fault accidents where we recover all the hire,

delivery and excess costs directly from the

other partys insurers direct, so there is no

nancial outlay by the hirer.

In such circumstances we discreetly liaise with

all parties, their insurers, repairers and as

appropriate their solicitors direct for a complete

end to end service keeping you and your horses

on the road!

By partnering with us, vehicle manufacturers,

insurers, accident management and proactive

credit hire companies gain access to a unique

specialist vehicle service operator at realisticand commercially viable direct claim settlement

rates.

We do not publish spot rates nor work on

inated credit hire rates because each client

and each set of circumstances and vehicular

need is very different.

We will however work transparently and

directly with fault insurers to actively mitigate

any and all losses, giving at fault insurers the

opportunity to authorise repairs and hire direct.

We hire only the most prestigious, top of the

range 18 and 26 ton luxury horseboxes to

discerning clientele throughout the SE Asia,

Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Russia aswell as parts ofBrunei and Singapore.

We can also arrange Horsboxes recovery and

repair throughout the SE Asia, so there is no

need to make a claim under your own policy,

protecting your TCO - all costs are rightly

recovered direct from the negligent partys

insurers as part of our unique Technaservice.

Techna Horseboxes is not a traditional credit

hire operator: we seek to work closely with at

fault insurers on pre-negotiated hire rates as

opposed to credit or spot hire rates. Through

co-operation and transparency we seek to

foster long term viable relations where we can

be relied upon to supply very unique top of

the range.

We do not typically hire vehicles for a period of

less than one week in the UK. Outside of the

UK the minimum is two weeks.

We charge a delivery & collection fee in the sum

of 2.50 per mile (part thereof) plus any road

tolls and ferry charges.

Insurance is negotiable on a case by case basisand in certain circumstances we may require

the hirer to cover the vehicle on their own

policy (noting our interest accordingly with a

cover note provided to us beforehand).

All vehicles are subject to a thorough report

at the point of hire, which we engage with

the hirer. This includes photographic and

videographic state and condition reports

along with an engineers report (if and as

appropriate).

Mileage and use is negotiable on a case by case

basis and will be taken into consideration when

nalising the hire rate, taking into consideration

like-for-like circumstances.

Techna Horseboxes specialises in luxury

horseboxes that typically range in value from

$350,000 to $550,000.

Most vehicles are available for hire up to 180

days, however, this can be renewed for further

periods without limitation.

Most vehicles are right hand drive, but are

available in left hand drive throughout theChina, Philiphine, Taiwan as well as parts of

Russia and vietnam.

SERVICE YOU OFFER TO INDIVIDUALS

INVOLVED IN NON-FAULT CLAIMS?

HGV Horseboxes will respond to enquiries

from end user who own/drive luxuryhorseboxes and have been involved in a non-

fault claim. We will also respond to enquiries

from at-fault insurance companies and their

accident management companies requiring a

direct hire to the non-fault party. The account

in all cases is met by the at-fault insurance

company.

Where HGV Horseboxes provides a hire

vehicle direct to a end user who has enquired

with us direct, we will make contact with the

at-fault insurer in all cases for the purpose of

negotiating a pre-agreed hire rate and giving

the at-fault insurer the opportunity to negotiate

the rate, inspect the damaged vehicle, conrm

liability and as appropriate authorise any

repairs and/or authorise a write off.

We will not proceed with any hire until we havemade contact in this manner and entered intopre-hire/service negotiations in good faith,whilst of course seeking to protect our clientsbest interests.

ARE YOU ONE OF THESE CLAIMS

MANAGEMENT FIRMS THAT HANDLES

PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS?

No. We focus solely on high-value HGVHorsebox claims. However, if you are anend-user having approached us direct, wewill be pleased to introduce you to one of ourindependent panel solicitors who can advise youdirect. You will keep 100% of the compensation

in such circumstances. We do not take a cut ofyour damages.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

As an end user - by which we mean a hirerhaving contacted us direct, you will not haveany nancial outlay because all our charges will

be claimed back and quiet rightly paid by theat-fault insurer.

The only time you may be liable for our chargesis where you fail to co-operate, give false ormisleading information, seek to defraud us (ora third party insurer) or where you damageour vehicle beyond which is covered by anyinsurance (as per our industry standard rentalagreement).

If you have been provided by a vehicle by us

which has been organised direct by a thirdparty i.e. at at-fault insurer or their agent, thenthey you will not have to pay us anything, otherthan where you damage our vehicle beyondwhich is covered by any insurance (as per ourindustry standard rental agreement).
