The inspector noted one cracked roof tile at the southwest area of thehomes roof system, this tile was identified with red tape at the time ofthe inspection.( This cracked tile does not represent a present roof leak at the timeof the inspection but needs to be repaired in order to help preservethe underpayment material from the suns UV rays.) The inspector noted a small hole in the patio covers roof system,recommend further review / repairs to this area. ( Photo #1 )
