Job Description 14286 Beach Boulevard, Suite 2 • Jacksonville, Florida 32250 • 904.685.6722 • coe22.com Position: Hope’s Closet Thrift San Pablo- Back of House Manager Classification: Hourly/ Full Time Reports To: Store Manager– Hope’s Closet Thrift Supervises: Back of House Employees and Serve Staff Purpose To lead and direct the Back of the House team to implement processes to obtain and prepare inventory in order to drive sales revenue while keeping focus on The Church of Eleven22 vision of being a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. Education • Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred Experience • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, including supervisory experience • Experience managing multiple employees/volunteers • Experience project managing multiple processes Key Responsibilities • Minister of the Gospel • Develop, manage and motivate Hope’s Closet Back of the House Staff and Serve Staff to efficiently work in high volume environment • Manage inventory tracking logs with estimated inventory count • Develop & implement processes for inventory receipt, cleaning, storage, distribution, replenishment • Maintain a Back of the House schedule for Back of the House Staff and Serve Staff • 24/7 on call Hope’s Closet contact • Supporting the General Manager –Thrift in executing the implementation and day to day operations of Hope’s Closet. • Ministry Partnership Success Factors • Model The Church of Eleven22 mission, vision, and core values. • Demonstrated ability to make Disciples who make Disciples • Thrives in a fast-pace work environment • Strong, pro-active communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills • Ability to develop a large serve staff team – inspire, train and grow the team • Possess strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills
