THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN PERMITS & GIVE NOTICES TO SUCH AGENCIES IN AMPLE TIME FOR OFFICIALS TO CONDUCT INSPECTIONS AND OBTAIN TIMELY APPROVALS. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL SOLELY BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. 7.
