loaD-rollairHet Load-Rollair rollenbaansysteem is ontwikkeld om het laden en lossen van zowel pallets als lucht-vrachtpallets (ULD’s) te vereenvoudigen en te versnellen. De rollenbaan wordt pneumatisch bediend (zie afbeelding en tekening: R). Dit systeem is eenvoudig te monteren. De verschillende secties van de rollenbaan kunnen vanaf de controlekast bediend worden. Dit laat toe de rollensecties onafhankelijk van elkaar te laten zakken of op te heffen zodat de lading tijdens het laadproce gezekerd kan worden. Het hoofdkanaal is vervaardigd uit een aluminium extrusie waarop vloersteuntjes kunnen bevestigd worden. De 2 aluminium vloerprofi elen (zie op tekening Q) zijn verkrijgbaar voor een vloer van 24 of 27 mm dik. De bovenplaat bestaat uit verzinkt staal van 5 mm dik. De lengte van het systeem en het aantal banen kan verschillen naar gelang de behoefte van de klant.Het systeem bevat een controledoos om de 2,3 of 4 secties apart op te heffen of te laten zakken en een intallatiekit met luchtleidingen, aansluitingen en veiligheidsventielen. De maximale luchtdruk is 2 bar.
