The Plasma innovative filtering system is the most efficient method. Germs and odour molecules are disintegrated at a molecular level. The activated carbon acts as a storage reactor in which a process of continuous self-cleaning takes place in the plasma stream: where for example odour molecules is reverted into oxygen.

L’aspirazione perimetrale è un sistema di tipomeccanico che costringe fumi, vapori ed odoriprovenienti dal piano cottura ad attraversare sezionidi aspirazione posizionate lungo il perimetro dellacappa. Questa soluzione permette di avere un piacevoleeffetto estetico anche della parte inferiore della cappa,nascondendo alla vista i filtri grassi, pur mantenendouna alta efficienza di aspirazione.

Perimeter aspiration consists in a mechanical system, which ‘forces’ fumes, vapours and odours coming from the cook-top, to pass through the aspiration sections found along the hood perimeter. This is also a very appealing aesthetic solution, as it hides the grease filters positioned in the bottom side of the hood, while ensuring very high aspiration efficiency.

CAPSCAPS - Clean Air Purification System: Rispetto ai tradizionali filtri piani, il sistema di filtraggio CAPS ha una superficie maggiore pur rimanendo compatta. Composto da una struttura in acciaio inox AISI 430 perforato con all’interno due panni speciali, offre una superficie maggiore per assorbire tutti i cattivi odori. Non è necessario sostituire l’intero sistema di filtraggio, ma solamente i panni contenuti che oltre tutto è possibile rigenerare in forno.

Con l’attivazione del plasma, le molecole di odore vengono scisse con un processo chimico che distruggono le parti inquinanti (virus, spore e germi).

Nel catalizzatore, le molecole di odore vengono purificate con ulteriore ossidazione. Nel filtro è racchiuso un deposito di carbone, il quale neutralizza ulteriormente le particelle di ozono.

FASE 4

Il risultato di questo processo è una purificazione completa dell’aria. Una cappa come risultato di questo processo rimane solo aria completamente pulita. Una cappa con filtro al plasma è un alternativa molto importante, rispettivamente ad una cappa aspirante tradizionale, che spreca molta energia.

Before the plasma catalyst there is a field of high voltage, where the odour molecules are broken/cleaved with a chemical process and thus the polluting parts are destroyed. Furthermore, viruses, spores and germs are deposited.

In the catalyst, the residual odour molecules are purified with further oxidation. The filter is enclosed by a coal deposit, which neutralizes further particles of ozone.

Interaction and connectivity come into their own, when all of the features of the hood can be controlled from the hob, thus guaranteeing optimal management of the dynamism and optimization of the kitchen climate.

Shape and color distinguish this design object, equipped which encloses a technological “core”. It is a small-sized, compact, highly performing hood, in terms of aspiration. The aspiration surface covers five sides, thus ensuring surprising performance levels in the extraction of fumes. Pura is the perfect blend of the search for the ideal form/ design research and efficiency: a very appealing appliance combining functionality and versatility. In fact, Pura is available for both wall and island installation, and to operate in recycling mode. Its highly efficient lighting is made up of two Leds, which together reach 2x2 Watts, thus providing intense lighting over the cook-top. Its suctioning and lighting features are operated by an innovative electronic touch control. All these features result in a unique appliance, with strong character and refined, yet simple design that is able to enhance any kitchen space. Ceiling hoods by Fabita, are for false and hanging ceiling installation. Their very high performances make them particularly suitable for large kitchens and/or cooking styles requiring intense boiling, frying and grilling. Made in stainless steel or white/black glass, they are equipped with a simple and user-friendly radio control kit and connectivity function to remotely operate all of their features. The perimeter aspiration system raises the cooking fumes extraction speed, thus improving hood efficiency.

Two futuristic models complete our proposal in terms of brand new appliances: unique prototypes, which stand out for their features/applications , technology and design. Ceiling Soul , is the ceiling-mounted hood, whose very special volume and shape characterized by a linear outline, make it a very ‘unconventional’ appliance . The Individual concept allows customers to choose from various aesthetical details and solutions, thus giving their kitchens a unique and distinguishing touch .

Poison is the ceiling hood with an urban style design, which ‘exploits’ the impressive look of the appliance, focusing on the aesthetic ‘performances’ of the illuminated - glass panel and the light plays created by the horizontal cuts. A very innovative solution that revisits the simple L-shape line concept, thus challenging the laws of physics .

La grande eleganza si veste di materiali nuovi o utilizzati in modo nuovo: gres, Laminam, krion, acciaio e vetro personalizzabili che promettono non solo di cambiare il design della propria cucina ma anche di garantire maggiore durevolezza nel tempo del prodotto. La cappa cambia volto e diventa un oggetto sempre più ricercato dal punto di vista estetico ed estremamente performante, grazie alle tecnologie sempre più sofisticate.

Materiale che si rivela estremamente resistente al taglio, alle abrasioni, all’acqua e agli sbalzi di temperatura, non si deforma e garantisce una longevità eccezionale alla superficie. Grazie all’elevata leggerezza e alle sue doti di robustezza, il gres è indicato per definire un design sempre suggestivo.

LAMINAM®

È un materiale avveniristico che si distingue per la capacità di resistere ai graffi, agli urti e alle abrasioni. La superficie estremamente opaca ha proprietà antimpronta e semplifica le operazioni di pulizia perché è antistatica, idrorepellente e antibatterica. La texture è piacevole al tatto, ha molte possibilità di personalizzazione di colori, grafiche e finiture diverse.

I modelli della Art Mounted sono inoltre dotati della back aspiration, ovvero hanno l’uscita d’aria sia nella parte superiore che nella parte posteriore. La classica uscita superiore è indicata sia per il funzionamento in filtrante che per il funzionamento in aspirante con camino a vista. L’innovativa uscita posteriore permette il funzionamento in aspirante collegando la cappa a un condotto uscita dei fumi predisposto all’interno del muro, su cui la cappa stessa verrà installata.

STONEWARE/DEKTON®

Elegance is dressed up with new, as well as classic materials, the latter used in a different way: stoneware, Laminam, krion, steel and glass, which are customizable and allow customers to change the design of their kitchen space, in addition to guaranteeing longer product durability over time. The hood has been transformed into a particularly refined object from an aesthetic viewpoint, yet extremely performing thanks to the implementation of increasingly sophisticated technologies.

This material is shear-resistant, water-resistant and temperature change-resistant, does not buckle and guarantees exceptional surface durability. Thanks to its lightness, which combines with its high strength, stoneware is the perfect material for very appealing design products.

LAMINAM®

A futuristic material that stands out for its high resistance to scratches, impact and abrasions. The extremely matte surface has anti-fingerprint properties and makes cleaning operations easier, as it is anti-static, water-proof and antibacterial. Its texture is pleasant to the touch and provides many customization options in terms of colours, graphics and finishing.

Art Mounted models are also equipped with back aspiration, having the air outlet placed both in the top and the rear side. The ‘classic’ top outlet is suitable for both suctioning and recycling mode, with the chimney in view. The innovative rear outlet allows the hood to be operated in suctioning mode by connecting the hood to a fume outlet duct, found inside the wall, on which the hood is to be installed.

Other highly appreciated characteristics of this material are: its versatility, it has no joints and is not porous, guaranteeing easy and almost perfect cleaning.

Its shape results out of combining two different materials – colored steel and glass- that are matched together in order to create a small- sized cube. Dalla sua lettura, infatti, è possibile ottenere immediatamente informazioni non solo in merito ai suoi consumi energia, ma anche un quadro semplice e chiaro dell’efficienza con cui essa espleta le sue funzioni. L’immagine a lato un esempio di etichetta energetica e la spiegazione di ciascun campi. Dalla sua lettura è possibile sia ottenere informazioni sui consumi di energia sia avere un quadro semplice e chiaro dell’efficienza con cui la cappa assolve alle sue funzioni. The Energy Label, introduced by the European commission through Regulation (EU) no. 65/2014 and Ecodesign Regulation (EU) no. 66/2014 which defines the minimum efficiency requirements, constitues a fundamental tool for choosing the most suitable extractor hood for the user’s needs.Ineed, the label provides instant information on energy label with the explanation of its various sections. Each page of our catalogue contains a symbol indicating the energy class of the product presented .For obtaining detailed information on each version of the desired model, including all the parameters appering on the energy label proceed as follows:

1. Supplier name or brand

2. Model identification code

3. Energy efficiency class A and A+ denote the maximum efficiency levels, F the minimum level.

4. Estimated annual energy consumption for standard use.

5. Fluid dynamic efficiency class: indicates the efficiency with which the hood is able to extract vapours generated through cooking (A maximum – G minimum efficiency)

6. Lighting efficiency class: indicates the efficiency with which the hood is able to illuminate the cooker hob ( A maximum – G minimum efficiency)

7. Grease filtering efficiency class: indicates the efficiency with which the hood filters grease generated through cooking ( A maximum – G minimum efficiency)

8. Noise level: indicates the maximum noise level generated by the product during normal use
