緒言 Introduction 香港所需的能源差不多全賴外地供應。能源

主要經由直接進口（如油產品及煤產品），

或從進口燃料轉化而成（如電力及煤氣）。

此外，自二零零六年年初開始，香港亦有很

小規模的風力發電。

Hong Kong derives its energy supplies almost entirely from external sources. Energy is either imported directly (as in the case of oil products and coal products), or produced through some intermediate transformation processes using imported fuel inputs (as in the case of electricity and gas). In addition, Hong Kong also has very small scale wind power generation as from early 2006.

源統計數字，資料來源在「能源統計數字的

Apart from collating energy statistics published elsewhere (such as those on fuel imports from Hong Kong external trade statistics), this report also provides information obtained from various data sources as mentioned in the Section "Types and Sources of Energy Statistics".

統計季刊外，本處每年出版年刊，提供該年

及過往十年詳盡的能源統計資料。

Besides the quarterly supplements for the first, second and third quarters each year, an annual report is published to provide comprehensive energy information for the whole year and for the preceding ten years.

港」是指香港特別行政區。

用的貨值與貨量；以及進口單位價格的統計

數字（表1.1, 2.1 - 2.3, 3.1 - 3.3）是根據香港對外貿易統計數字編製而成。進口留用數字是

將進口統計數字減除相應的轉口數字。由於

貿易邊際利潤及其他收費沒有從轉口貨值中

減除，故進口留用貨值較實際數字為低。此

外，在編製進口留用數字時，並沒有考慮貨

品進口及其後轉口之間的時滯。

Statistics on the value and quantity of imports, re-exports and retained imports as well as the unit values of imports of selected oil products and coal products (Tables 1.1, 2.1 - 2.3, 3.1 - 3.3) are based on Hong Kong external trade statistics. Retained imports are derived by subtracting the re-export statistics from the corresponding import statistics. Since trading margins and other charges have not been deducted from the re-export figures, the resulting values of retained imports are understated to that extent. Also, the time lag between importation and subsequent re-exportation has not been taken into account in deriving the retained import statistics.

Based on monthly returns submitted by the leading petroleum companies in Hong Kong, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) compiles statistics on the storage capacity, tank stock and sales of various types of oil products, as shown in Tables 2.4 and 2.5.

銷售收入及一般價目等統計數字分別由有關

Statistics on the local consumption, production, imports/exports, sales revenue and general tariff for both electricity and gas are supplied by the respective electricity and gas companies. They are summarised in Tables 4.1 - 4.3 and Appendices A and B.

1.1 The total value of retained imports of oil products and coal products in Q3 2010 increased by 27.6% over Q3 2009, but decreased by 10.7% when compared with Q2 2010. [Table 1.1]

2.1 二零一零年第三季與上年同期比較，輕質

柴油、重質柴油與石腦油和石油氣的進口

留用貨量下跌，其他油產品的進口留用貨

量則上升。與二零一零年第二季比較，車

用汽油（無鉛汽油）和燃油的進口留用貨

量下跌，其他油產品的進口留用貨量則上

2.1 In Q3 2010, the quantity of retained imports of gas oil, diesel oil and naphtha as well as LPG decreased when compared with a year earlier, while that of the other oil products increased. Compared with Q2 2010, the quantity of retained imports of motor gasoline (unleaded petrol) and fuel oil decreased, while that of the other oil products increased.[Table 2.1]

2.2 二零一零年第三季與二零零九年第三季比較，所有油產品的進口單位價格均上

2.2 In Q3 2010, the unit value of imports of all oil products increased when compared with Q3 2009. Compared with Q2 2010, the unit value of imports of natural gas increased, while that of other oil products decreased. [Table 2.2]

2.3 中國內地及新加坡一向是油產品的最大

供應地。在二零一零年第三季，全港

100.0%的天然氣進口、74.3%的石油氣進口和43.4%的航空汽油與煤油進口均來自中國內地，而73.7%的燃油進口、47.7%的車用汽油（無鉛汽油）進口及45.8%的輕質柴油、重質柴油與石腦油進口則來自新

加坡。至於油產品轉口方面，在二零一零

年第三季，中國內地和澳門仍是最主要的

轉口目的地。 [表2.3]

2.3 The mainland of China and Singapore had always been the largest suppliers of oil products. In Q3 2010, the mainland of China accounted for 100.0% of total imports of natural gas, 74.3% of LPG and 43.4% of aviation gasoline and kerosene,while Singapore accounted for 73.7% of total imports of fuel oil, 47.7% of motor gasoline (unleaded petrol) and 45.8% of gas oil, diesel oil and naphtha. Regarding re-exports of oil products, the mainland of China and Macao continued to be the major destinations in Q3 2010. [Table 2.3]

2.4 In Q3 2010, the level of tank stock for most oil products decreased when compared with Q2 2010, except aviation gasoline and kerosene and fuel oil. [Table 2.4]

2.5 在二零一零年第三季，全部石油氣（100.0%）和煤油（100.0%）皆銷售作本地使用，而車用汽油（無鉛汽油）作本地

使用的銷售量亦佔其總銷售量很高的比

例（96.0%）。另一方面，船艙儲存佔燃油總銷售量的84.3%，而飛機艙儲存則佔航空汽油與煤油總銷售量的 96.2% 。[表2.5]

2.5 In Q3 2010, sales for local consumption accounted for all of the sales of LPG (100.0%) and kerosene (100.0%) and a very high percentage of the overall sales of motor gasoline (unleaded petrol) (96.0%). On the other hand, ship stores accounted for 84.3% of the overall sales of fuel oil, while aircraft stores took up 96.2% of the overall sales of aviation gasoline and kerosene. [Table 2.5]

3.1 在二零一零年第三季，煤產品的進口留用

貨量主要是作發電用的蒸餾煤與其他煤產

品。二零一零年第三季與上年同期比較，

這類煤產品的進口留用貨量下跌1.7%，與上一季比較則上升15.5%。 [表3.1]

3.1 In Q3 2010, the retained imports of coal products were dominated in terms of quantity by steam coal and other coal, mainly used for electricity generation. The quantity of retained imports of this type of coalproducts in Q3 2010 decreased by 1.7% as compared with a year earlier, but increased by 15.5% over the last quarter. [Table 3.1]

3.2 二零一零年第三季蒸餾煤與其他煤產品的

進口單位價格，較上年同期下跌6.2%；但與二零一零年第二季比較，則上升1.5%。[表3.2]

3.2 The unit value of imports of steam coal and other coal decreased by 6.2% in Q3 2010 when compared with a year earlier, but increased by 1.5% over Q2 2010.[Table 3.2]

3.3 在二零一零年第三季，蒸餾煤與其他煤產

品主要進口自印度尼西亞（85.2%），而大部分木炭則從印度尼西亞（51.2%）及馬來西亞（32.5%）進口。 [表3.3]

3.3 In Q3 2010, steam coal and other coal were mainly imported from Indonesia (85.2%), while wood charcoal was mainly imported from Indonesia(51.2%) and Malaysia (32.5%). [Table 3.3]

4. 電力及煤氣 4. Electricity and Gas

4.1 按數量計算，二零一零年第三季本地總用

電量較二零零九年第三季下跌0.5%，與二零一零年第二季比較則上升24.6%。在二零一零年第三季，商業用戶佔總用電量的

62.6%，住宅用戶佔30.9%，而工業用戶則佔6.5%。 [表4.1]

4.1 In volume terms, the total local consumption of electricity in Q3

2010 decreased by 0.5% when

compared Q3 2009, but increased by 24.6% over Q2 2010. The shares of overall electricity consumption in Q3 2010 were 62.6% for commercial users, 30.9%for domestic users and 6.5% for industrial users.[Table 4.1]

4.2 按數量計算，在二零一零年第三季煤氣總

用量較二零零九年第三季上升1.3%，與二零一零年第二季比較則下跌17.1%。在二零一零年第三季，住宅用戶佔煤氣總用量

的51.3%，商業用戶佔44.9%，而工業用戶則佔3.8%。 [表4.3]

4.2 In volume terms, the total consumption of gas inQ3 2010 increased by 1.3% over Q3 2009, butdecreased by 17.1% when compared with Q2 2010.The shares of overall gas consumption were 51.3% for domestic users, 44.9% for commercial users and 3.8%for industrial users. [Table 4.3]
