Controller Status Condition Condition Display
Normal monitoringField gas concentration does not
meet the condition of alarm.
System do not alarm (fault alarm indicator
extinguish, no audial alarm), channel normally
display gas concentration value and time.
LEL alarm Gas concentration=LEL value
Audial alarm, LCD display A1 LEL alarm, red LED
is lit (flash for first alarm), alarm time locked A1
relay act.
UEL alarm Gas concentration=UEL value
Audial alarm, A2 UEL alarm is displayed, red LED
is lit(flash for first alarm), alarm time locked.
A1, A2 act.
Concentration over rangeGas concentration exceed
detector inspection scope
Red LED flash, LCD light column flash, audial UEL
sounds, A1, A2 act.
Detector fault Detector fault, or the connection
wire with controller fault.
Yellow LED wink, Err is displayed on LCD, audial
fault alarm, F relay act.
Power supply faultMain power or standby power do
not work normally
Main and standby power indicator of public module
separately indicates main and standby power
working condition and speaker sounds alarm.

COMMON PROBLEMS ANALYSIS SOLUTION
No Display after power on Power fault or bad contact
Check power supply of system, power
supply circuit is normal or not, if not,
professional personnel repair; check soft
cable between controller control board
and terminal board is connected correctly
and not loosen.
Alarm fault or alarm after warming up
Not zeroing after replacing or
installing new detector;
Circuit or power supply fault.
Alarm syst em is installed well (including
replacing detector), after warming up first,
alarm or fault alarm may appear, zero to
Reset normal;
Mostly the problem in detector circuit or
without standby power supply. Check
carefully detector circuit and stand by
battery.
Fail in controller zeroing and calibrating Detector fault
Work cycle of detector is too long, the
sensitivity of sensor to targeted gas
degradation, first zero and calibrate
detector (calibration gas is better to be
40%-60% of detected gas).
