An organization called World Gospel Outreach owns a ranch by the name of Rancho Ebenezer located roughly 15 miles outside Tegucigalpa, the capitol city of Honduras. The mission of Rancho Ebenezer is to take some of the many abandoned and orphaned children from the Tegucigalpa area and give them a Christian home and education on the ranch. After talking with WGO for several months about an opportunity to serve with them, they’ve told me about a need for a teacher at Ebenezer Academy (a preK-12 school) located on Rancho Ebenezer. My missionary position would include teaching all subjects, including Bible, for 5th and 6th grade and leading a weekly chapel service for the younger ones (prek - 4th). There is also a great opportunity to mentor the boys on the ranch as I get to spend so much time with them. The Lord is doing so many amazing things with this ministry. I am really excited that God is leading me to work with them! God has tremen- dously blessed me with such a great chance to teach His Word. He has given me such a passion for kids to see His word as something they can study and understand. I was very excited when I was able to visit Rancho Ebenezer and found that they had the same vision for their students. I feel like teaching Bible and other subjects is the perfect follow up for my training last year.

What can I do in Honduras?

God has tremen-dously blessed me with such a great chance to teach His Word. He has given me such a passion for kids to see His word as something they can study and understand. I was very excited when I was able to visit Rancho Ebenezer and found that they had the same vision for their students. I feel like teaching Bible and other subjects is the perfect follow up for my training last year.

As I attended the K-Institute this past year, I feel like God was really preparing me for an oppertunity like this. I was also abundantly blessed by such an incred-ible support group that was able to pray and encour-age me in so many ways. I love how Romans 12 talks about all the different roles of the body of Christ and how we can all work together in God’s service. I’m so excited that God seems to be giving me the role of a teacher and traveler to the nations.

This past year I got to see so many of you play the role of encourager and sender of the mission God gave me. This summer I am raising up a prayer and finan-cial support team. This team is so vital as prayer warriors to make sure that every aspect of this transi-tion is lifted up to God. Through this prayer God is also raising up a team to help me with my travel and living expenses for the year. I would love if you were able to take some time to pray about joining my team. The best way to support this cause is through monthly donations ofwhatever you feel led to give. Although one time donations are always appreciated, smaller monthly donations over time are more help-ful with my monthly budget. Thanks for prayerfully considering this ministry with me!

If you are unable to support me financially I would still love to hear from you about a prayer commitment. Prayers are always more important than any gift. God is slowly teaching me this. Thank you so much for considering this ministry with me.
