CLOSE-UP TRACKING SHOT – a robber is entering the bank, he is calm and couscous. The people in the bank move around mining their own business.

 MEDIUM CLOSE-UP – From chest to head. The robber looks around the bank to find the right timing to start the robbery.

EXTREME CLOSE-UP – From just the eyebrows to the mouth, or even closer. The robber sees his target.

POINT OF VIEW – a shot from a character’s point of view. The robber is scanning through the office of the bank

REACTION SHOT – A shot to show the character response to a piece of action or dialogue. The man stops and turned round to stare at the robber. He thinks he ready.

OVER-THE-SHOULDER SHOT – A shot in which we see a character over another’s shoulder, often use in dialogue. This is from the robber viewpoint. He is shouting at the guard. The guard is feeling scared. Show facial expression.

MID SHOT – Shows the figure approximately the waist to the head. In a mid shot, you can easily recognize an individual but you can also see what they are doing with their hands. He is unlocking the bank’s vault.

CLOSE-UP & EYE LEVEL – Gives the sense of a normal human viewpoint. The horizontal line would be one half to two thirds up the frame. Picture shows a police getting of the car.
