Homeschooling , also known as home education , is the education of children inside the home, as opposed to in the formal settings of a public or private school. Home education is usually conducted by a parent or tutor. This kind of education has different disadvantage such as luck of social skills, missed experience and the need of time. First, home education makes children to have luck of social skills. This is mainly because children spend most of the time at home studying with their parents or a private tutor and they not have contact with children of their own age. The interaction of young people with other of their same age is important for their growth and will give them the ability to interact and socialize and even more it will be beneficial when the kid has to express at his or her future job. Other disadvantage is missed experience. Common experiences are part of the fabric of life. These forge friendships and build memories, and may be limited in a homeschooling environment. School life is filled with plenty of exciting opportunities for children, from field trips to the prom. While homeschooling can certainly provide cultural and other opportunities these are not the same as the child would experience in a group of his or her peers. The last disadvantage is time. When educating a child at home parents need to set aside time to make it work. This is not quite easy if both parents work or is a single parent. They have to take time organize and prepare lessons, test and schedule tight time tables. Homeschooling is a full time commitment and to make sure that the child receives a quality education, parents need to invest time and effort . In conclusion, homeschooling is not beneficial for both children and parents due to children have luck social skills and do not gain experience; parents need to devote so much time to educate their kids. Homeschool children are not sometimes prepared to face problems in adult life.
