FinproLink is a co-operation network of TEKEL and Finpro.
TEKEL works as the implementation body for the national Expertise Development Project for the new Centre of Expertise Programme . The implementation of national Centre of Expertise Programme (2007-2013) relies strongly on the TEKEL technology centres. (www.oske.net)

The Enterprise Europe Network is the largest network of contact points providing information and advice to EU companies on EU matters, in particular small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The implementation of “The SME National Growth Programme ” and “Developing the internationalisation prerequisites of Centres o f Expertise and exploiting factors of attraction ” Programme is the responsibility of TEKEL.

’A one-stop shop for businesses in over 40 countries’
� The Network offers concrete and effective solutions to entrepreneurs and companies in more than 40 countries.
� In Finland, the network is coordinated by the Ministry of Employment and the Economy. Partners in co-operation are the Employment and Economic Development Centre for Southwestern Finland, the Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce, the Finnish Science Park Association TEKEL, Licentia Ltd, Technopolis Ventures Ltd, Turku Science Park Ltd and Hermia Business Development Ltd.
� TEKEL acts as a moderator for technology transfer services and information on framework programmes in the Enterprise Europe Network in Finland.
� Information on framework programmes is provided in co-operation with the Finnish Secretariat for EU R&D.
