A copy of a letter, (dated 2015 or more recent) from the local government/regional district and/or a copy of the latest ACRS report (First Nations Schools) to this Monitoring Inspection Report confirming there are no compliance-related concerns regarding the school facility and property. Note: In the event the school facilities have undergone construction or have been relocated since the last issued Letter of Municipal Compliance, the School is required to have their municipality issue an updated Letter of Compliance prior to the inspection.

4. A copy of the most recent inspection’s Ministry cover letter, and 5. A copy of the School’s official response listing its responses to the previous report’s follow-up items.

A Group 3 Independent School is not required to employ certified teachers. However, if the School does employ British Columbia Teacher Certification Branch (TCB) certified teachers and if there is any disciplinary action by the Authority, the Authority will abide by Section 7 of the Independent School Act with regard to reporting requirements to the TCB and Commissioner.
