Returns/RefundsItems specifically made to size or modified for an individual'suse cannot be returned. Goods which are found to be unsuitablemust be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original packaging, and a refund will be issued. The company,Scottish Medical Supplies Ltd reserves the option of charginga 25% restocking charge, plus vat where applicable. Refundswill usually be made within 10 working days.

After 14 days goods will not be accepted for return unlessdeemed faulty, whereby a replacement will be offered or arefund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.

WarrantyWarranty for powered products is one year parts and labour,backed by the manufacturer and implemented by ScottishMedical Supplies Ltd. Cosmetic damage is not covered.

BatteriesMobility batteries are supplied fitted on day of sale and comepre-charged to approx 90% of capacity. lt is the duty of thepurchaser to charge batteries in accordance with theinformation sheet supplied. A battery charging guide isavailable on request.

QuotationsQuotations will remain in force for 60 days from initiation.Extensions by agreement. Vat, where applicable, may alter, andwill be charged at the rate applicable at time of sale.

Maintenance/Scooter ServicingRoutine Annual Maintenance, Servicing or repair of items sold by SMS Ltd, can be booked by calling us on 01776702130/853688 for an appointment. Consumables such asbatteries, tyres or spare parts are also available.

We will also service other manufacturers products not sold byus subject to parts availability. However, warranty repairsshould be discussed with supplying dealer.
