General Instructions:

1. First time applicants are required to register into the system. The registration process starts by

paying the application fees, and then applicants form four index number must be entered for

verification. (Form four index number should be in the format of SXXXX/YYYY or PXXX/YYYY. Example: S0123/0654 or P0734/0234.

2. Upon successful verifications the applicants will be start registering by filling the online form with their login credentials such as password, phone number and emails.

3. After completing the registration process, use your form four index number as your username, and use 123456 as your initial password of which you will change after login.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Application requirements :

Applicants must read carefull and understand the applications requirements for each course they intend to apply.

2. Application process: As a new user, you must first register into the system by clicking Create an Account link at the bottom of the login page.

Enter your form four index number followed by completion year for verifications on the validity of the index number, wait for few seconds while the system connect with NECTA database.

Upon successful verification you will be directed to user registration form where you will be

required to enter phone number and email address. Your form four index number and names

will be populated directly from NECTA (no need to fill them) then click Register to create an

account in the system.

After registering, now use your form four index number as your username and 123456 as initial password to login into your account to proceed with application process.

Account of the applicant after successful login. It will include the following, Application, Program, Course, Academic and Change password menus. Click on Application menu on the left side, to start application process

You will be directed to Application fee payment methods, where you will be provided with control number

Select payment channel, between Mobile network and Bank

After payment, provide receipt number and mobile number provided from transaction you have made

If you have made payment through Bank, you will also be required to provide bank name and bank reference number

The applicant will start the application process by filling personal information (Date of birth, marital status, next of kin, home address, etc). Then click SAVE to proceed.

Once you have done with filling the personal information, you will proceed to select the Level of study you wish to apply. Click the Apply button corresponding your choice.

On each Level of study, you will be given courses that are offered, such as under Basic Technician

Certificate level you will be populated with Basic Technician Certificate in Local Government

Administration, Basic Technician Certificate in Accounting and Finance, Basic Technician Certificate in

Community Development etc.

Choose three courses with its priority (1, 2 or 3) then Click Apply to apply for those courses.

Once you have done your selection together with their priority, the following menu will populate to

show what you have selected. You will be given an opportunity to change course selection by deleting

the one which you don’t like.

When you finish making course selection, click NEXT to proceed

After course selection click SAVE then you will be directed to the next page on which you will be required to enter Primary School details, other index number for multiple sitting, and other qualifications if any. Once finished, click on the CHECKBOX to confirm your application.
