What is Home and Hospital? Service is mandated by the state Instruction that occurs when a student is

unable to attend school physical illness or disability emotional crisis substance abuse pregnancy any chronic health impairment

What is Home and Hospital? Under the current H/H program…

students meet with an assigned tutor weekly
