Home Exercise Program after ORIF of the Distal Radius Perform two times a day with a ten second break between exercises in the morning and evening. Week 1 Until Week 6 Make a fist: Extend fingers before mak- ing a fist. If unable to make a full fist, use other hand to bend fingers as far as possible. 5xs 10 repetitions Windshield wiper: Palm of the hand flat on table.
