Loop Steamer
"TEXFAB" continuous steaming / curing / polymerising machine is the updated and technologically
advanced version of a textile processing machine. In our textile processing machine the steaming chamber
is closed type made completely in stainless steel AISI 316. Fabric feed takes place through an opening on
the front side whilst extraction is from the back side. The fabric is placed on rods and transported through
the steaming chamber. The rods are rotating on their axis to avoid marking off from the rod itself. Loop
formation is done by a dancing roller system.
For low temperature steaming the textile processing machine has a chamber roof which is heated by steam
coils preventing condensation and drippings. Our steam agers are equipped with special device, a Steam
Saturator, which conditions the steam passes through the water before being injected into the steaming
chamber. These particular characteristics of steam pre- conditioning which prevent and control the
exothermic reaction of the fabrics and of the printing paste, make our machine " UNIQUE" of its kind and
are the basis of great success achieved all over in textile industries.
For high temperature steaming our steam agers are equipped with efficient re-circulation system and heat

exchangers using Thermic Fluid which ensures uniform temperature in the chamber. Special system to allow
air to re-circulate instead of steam permitting polymerization treatment with hot air upto 160°C.

FABR IC MER CER IZING MACHINE (TER ELENA)
Fabric Mercerizing machine The fabric mercerizing machinery,
textile faric mercerizing machine, used for the TER ELENA
treatment and process which is applicable to both texturised and
staple polyester. We are known as fabric mercerizing machinemanufacturer, mercerizing machinery manufacturer. It
permanently modify the physical character of the fiber by creating
many micro-cavities which greatly increase the surface area and
consequently the surface tension.
TER ELENA is more than a simple process for improving drape, soft hand and achieving a silk like depth of lustre.
TER ELENA treatment by extracting polyester from the surface of the fiber to form micro cavities, causes a reduction
fabric weight. The purpose of our TER ELENA UNIT is to add quality and value to polyester fabrics. To achieve comfo
soft hand, drape, transpiration, soil- release effect, electrostatic conductivity, moisture absorbency, elimination of sy
fibregloss complete uniformity and repeatability with auto system, simplicity of operation full control of the paramete
which influence the process (with PLC machines only). Saving of dyestuff in subsequent processing, increased penetr
of printing paste, improves response to sueding or raising.
The technician operating our system can set the parameter values which provide the complete uniformity, reproducti
of the terelena process namely a bath concentration, absorption of alkaline solution, reaction temperature, reaction t
and fabric characteristics.

Machinery is laid out for the dyeing of l ight and heavy knitted
fabric of cotton polyester and its blends.
