We thank the Riviera Senior Living Facility for jumping in to host this event. As always, Jennifer Harris and the staff did a great job providing an atmosphere of an elegant evening. Without saying the food was great.

The Riviera joined the chamber in 1999 when they first renovated the old hotel and opened the Assisted Living Building. Since they first opened, they hosted Miss Florida as a guest in the penthouse apartment when she was here for our Christmas Festivities years ago.

Years later they built the second building for Independent Living Seniors and continue to be supportive of this chamber. Many of their staff has been with them for many years and we appreciate all their efforts, but Chef Diane is always a number one fan of those attending these events. Chef Diane has been with the Riviera for 10 years and she never served a bad meal. When they host an “After Hours,” they treat us like royalty!

There were a few members attending an “After Hours” for the first time including our two newest members, Helping Hands Thru Arts and Fuel Nutrition. Mi Hobar was also attending and donated 2 gift certificates to be used for door prizes. Once again both of our talented florists, Flamingo Floral Designs and The Flower Market donated beautiful flowers. There was a birthday cake for Rose and Bill Hayes and Rose asked all to raise a glass and toast Alan Riegner who passed away last month and also was born on the first.

If you missed this “After Hours” you missed an opportunity to meet and greet with some new members and to network your business and we missed you!
