Assembly Instructions:

Step 1. Mark match points on Piece A and Piece B triangles. Referring to

Diagram I, match points and sew triangles to square.

Step 2. On wrong side of cream 2 7/8" square, draw a diagonal line withmarking tool of your choice. Referring to Diagram II, place cream square on

red 2 7/8" square, right sides together. Sew 1/4" on each side of markedline; cut apart on marked line. Press open to make pieced squares. Make 8

total.

Step 3. Using Diagram III as a guide, assemble 'flying geese' unit. Make 4.

Step 4. Referring to Diagram IV, layout sub units to form Modified Union

Block and sew together. Make 3.

Step 5. Assemble center sub-unit, using Diagram V.

Step 6. Sew Pieces C and F together to form top and bottom rows. Sew PieceF to each side of center sub-unit. Referring to Diagram VI, layout rows to

form Stepping Stone Block and sew together. Make 2.
