2. Purpose of the IMJPC
We are a committee of eight minority professional organizations hosting a Holiday Party as a source to generate revenues for each member organization, and as an excuse to have a good time with our friends!

Everyone viewed the project as a success and we remain excited about working together
29. Reflection
Hosting the party was fun, despite the large crowd
Improved communication helped stabilize the group
Even with new members, the committee was congenial
The group listserv is also used for entertainment
Members were more likely to volunteer for additional tasks to help out the team
The new groups were enthusiastic about participating and are eager to plan the 8th Holiday Soul Celebration
Our ongoing challenge remains to strike a good balance of activities to simultaneously engage older and younger attendees
We can overcome any obstacle with teamwork

Have flyer ready to distribute and tickets printed by Circle City Classic (October 2nd)
