Today, we are highlighting the presentation by Ms. Debra A. Sandler, a Hofstra BBA in International Business, who is a visionary global C-level executive with marketing and operating management experience, a record of creating, building, enhancing, and leading businesses and iconic brands, and driving significant growth in some of the world’s leading blue-chip firms. She is currently president and chief executive of La Grenade Group, a consulting firm focused on marketing innovation, and overall business development.

Ms. Sandler previously was chief health and well-being officer at Mars Inc., where she accelerated Mars’ goal of creating a cross-segment strategy to drive change across all businesses. She also served as strategic leader for Twix Global Brand and as president of Mars Chocolate North America. There, she led the $4 billion chocolate business, overhauled the North America Supply Chain, and headed the $300M+ greenfield opening of the Topeka Mars Chocolate plant — the first U.S. plant in 35 years.
