IT Services provided by Zonamerica are div ided in three main areas which comprehensively englobe our services port fo l io.

These areas are Datacenter, Voice & Data and Cloudz.

Our Datacenter facilities take full advantage of the strategic, natural disaster free location of Zonamerica, which combined with its legal framework and modern free trade zone legislation, provide an excellent choice for companies looking to outsource.

Our Datacenters are located in two separate buildings within the campus, employing a variety of physical, human and procedural safeguards to ensure the safety of our customer's most valued information assets.

Access to Datacenters and other restricted areas is controlled by Zonamerica Security Team on a 24x7 basis.Perimeter Security is further enhanced by adding a combination of multiple keycard, biometric scanners and CCTV surveillance.

Critical infrastructure, network and environmental parameters such as power, network usage and cooling are monitored 24x7 by at Zonamerica’s NOC by a team that will be able to channel and help solve any potential issue.

24-Hour Remote Hands Services delivered by Certified PersonnelSpecific remote hands datacenter and co-location services include:

Pushing a button, toggling a switch or power cycling equipment . Relaying equipment status and typing commands onto a pre-installed console . Aimed for those customers whose requirements exceed the Remote Hands scope of work, Smart Hands types of services are suitable for more complex tasks requiring a higher level of expertise and are quoted in 8-hour blocks.

Both Remote and Smart Hands services are available with two different levels of attention time:

Urgent: less than fifteen minutes within submitted request Basic: less than one hour within submitted request

Customers have the ability to manage their employee and vendor’s access rights through our secure online customer portal, up to a date and time level

Zonamerica has a Neutral Ethernet Exchange platform dedicated exclusively to support our customers by delivering reliable access to a diverse kind of network technologies, while at the same time reducing complexity and maintaining the ease of management with our single point of contact.

Point-to-Point link technologies include MPLS, Ethernet, SHDSL, nxE1 and Radio Frequency.

U n i f i e d C o m m u n i c a t i o n s

Voice services are supported by a Cisco Unified Communications system accessing a multi-carrier international long distance voice platform that gives our customers the possibility to choose from a pool of VoIP and PSTN service providers when making a call.

Cloud based PBX systems are available as a built-to-suit solution, enabling our customers with all the functionality of the Cisco UC platform as a service, with features covering from stand-alone IP Softphones and Deskphones to full Contact Center capabilities.

All of the IT Services provided by Zonamerica are monitored on a 24x7x365 regime and backed up by our Technical Support staff.

Monitoring systems include real time traffic graphics and statistics which are available for the users.

Network management is done in-house by our own team of specialists who work along with a vast partner ecosystem in order to ensure a fast and reliable response to every issue.

With the clear objective of providing a high quality Level of Service and personal attention, all Service Requests are issued through Zonamerica’s Contact Center as the single point of contact.
