of Association of Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited (AICIL), the Central Government hereby

appoints Smt. Alamelu T. Lakshmanachari, General Manager, The New India Assurance Company Limited

(NIACL), as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Agriculture Insurance Company of India Limited

Memorandum and Articles of Association of The Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL), the

Central Government hereby appoints Shri A.V. Girija Kumar, General Manager, United India

Insurance Company Limited, as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of The Oriental Insurance

Company of India Limited (OICL) in the scale of pay of Rs.75,000-80,000/- (pre-revised) for a

period of five years from the date of notification of appointment, or upto the date of

superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
