Indicators: •Percentage of women and men with advanced HIV infection receiving ARV combination therapy in the last 12 months (UNGASS)•Number of ARV sites per 100,000 population per district and region•Percentage of health facilities with no stock outs of Fluconazole for more than a week in the last 12 months
