Sony is a Japan base group corporation founded by two young men Masaru Ibuka and Akio Morita in 1946

Sony is a multinational conglomerate corporation

Earlier company was recognized by the name of Tokyo Tsushin Kogyo (TKK)

The company had changed the name to Sony after January 1958

• BRAVIA is an in-house brand owned by Sony which produces high-definition LCD televisions, projection TVs and front projectors, home cinemas and the "BRAVIA Home Theatre" range for its parent company Sony

• The name is an acronym of "Best Resolution Audio Visual Integrated Architecture".

• All Sony high-definition flat-panel LCD televisions in North America have carried the logo for BRAVIA since 2005.

• Principal design work for BRAVIA products is performed at Sony's research facilities in Japan, at the Sony de Mexico facility in Baja California, Mexico and at the Sony Europe facility in Nitra, Slovakia.
