In 1995, while working as monitor engineer for the band Van Halen, Alex Van Halen tasked Jerry Harvey with finding the best available in-ear options to move their monitors from the floor into their ears.

When none proved worthy, Jerry utilized his experience with large arena sound systems to engineer the first 2-way, custom-fit in-ear monitors. Before long, word spread and Harvey was designing and manufacturing in-ear monitors for musicians and audiophiles around the world.

Today, Jerry’s innovative audio designs are known worldwide and touted as the Touring Industry Standard.
