Historic Cairo is a triangle . Head is Tahreer, ribs Opera and Ramesses squares , and derivatives thereof of streets .Historic Cairo contains 124 architecture dating back to the second half of the nineteenth and first half of the twentieth century, constitute in her architectural models so-called Historic Cairo which is threatened by Cairo towers & high cement bldgs. that is hiddenning behind interfaces designed & implemented by European Renaissance artists

Cairo and the rest of her story says that Ismail (ruler of Egypt between 1878 and 1879) wanted to make Egypt piece of Europe, and that makes Cairo part of Paris . القاهره الخديوية

شكل مثلث رأسه ميدان التحرير، وأضالعه ميدانا األوبرا ورمسيس، وما يتفرع منهما من شوارع .التاسع عشر والنصف االول من القرن العشرين، تشكل في مجملها وُطرزها الثاني من القرن القاهرة اخلديوية حتتوى على 421 عمارة تعود إلى النصف فنانو عصر ونفذها واجهات صممها تتوارى خلفها التي الشاهقة بأبراجها القاهرة االسمنتية بقاءها التي تهدد اخلديوية بالقاهرة املعمارية ما يسمى

النهضة األوروبية . القاهرة التاريخية وما تبقى من بناياتها لها قصة تقول سطورها ان اخلديو إسماعيل )حاكم مصر بني 1863 و1879( اراد أن يجعل مصر قطعة من أوروبا، وأن يجعل القاهرة جزءاً من باريس .. كان اسماعيل ممثالً لتيار من املثقفني الشرقيني ـ واملصريني بخاصة ـ ممن يشكلون الطالئع األولى لطالب البعثات التعليمية التي ترّبت وتعلمت وتثّقفت في فرنسا في النصف األول من القرن التاسع عشر ، فعادوا منها بني مبشر باحلضارة األوروبية ـ التي باتت متثل له الدميقراطية

وحقوق اإلنسان والثقافة والفنون . كانت هذه أفكار اسماعيل: حتديث البالد، نهضة زراعية صناعية ، تعليم راق، صحافة حرة، برملان منتخب، جيش قوي، مجتمع متمدين متاماً؛ حتى إذا اكتملت

له مالمح مشروعه هذا لم ينقصه إال املظهر العمراني الفني الذي اكتمل في عصر إسماعيل بظهور فن املسرح وازدهاره، وانتعاش فن الغناء وتطوره.

وأما املظهر العمراني فقد اكتمل السماعيل بعنصرين : إمتام حفر قناة السويس وافتتاحها للمالحة العاملية )1869( ، وتأسيس القاهرة اخلديوية.واحلق أن تناول القاهرة اخلديوية مبعزل عن هذا املشروع احلضاري، يجعل استيعابها أمراً صعباً وناقصاً، فهي ممثلة لثقافة مصر قبل نحو 150 عاماً، وهي الشاهد

الصامد على فكرة متدين مصر من خالل “األوربة” ـ أي التحول على الطريقة األوروبية ـ وهي الفكرة التي سادت البالد في تلك املرحلة التاريخية.هذه البنايات من تصميم اعظم املهندسني املعماريني الفرنسيني و االوروبيني أمثال الشياك الفرنسي مصمم البنايات اخلديوية بشارع “عماد الدين” وقصر “غروبي” “طلعت حرب” تضم مطعماً ومقهى ، واملهندس كاستامان مصمم بناية شهيرة مبيدان البلد “شامبليون” بوسط “سعيد حليم” بشارع األمير الشهير، كما تضمن “النادي اليوناني” بالقاهرة، ومارسيل مصمم النادي الدبلوماسي، و”ماتاسك” مصمم املعبد اليهودي “شعار هاشاميم” بشارع عدلي

بوسط البلد، أكبر وأفخر املعابد اليهودية املصرية..

وماريو روسي مصمم جامع “عمر مكرم” مبيدان التحرير، والذي تقام به مآمت كبار الشخصيات املصرية، لكن املعماريني املصريني أيضاً كان لهم دورهم فثمة أسماء مثل املهندس مصطفى فهمي مصمم بناية “جمعية املهندسني” بشارع رمسيس، وأبو بكر خيرت مصمم بناية اخلطوط اجلوية الفرنسية ـ اجملاورة

لبناية غروبي والنادي اليوناني، فضالً عن سيد كرمي ومحمد شريف نعمان، وعلي لبيب جبر وغيرهم من أساطني العمارة املصرية احلديثة. والقاهرة اخلديوية ـ شقت شوارعها على خطوط مستقيمة وتتقاطع على زوايا قائمة، ودّكت أرضيتها باحلجر “الدقشوم”، وأقيمت على جوانبها األرصفة وأقيمت فيها أعمدة املصابيح إلنارتها بـ”غاز االستصباح”ـ قبل دخول الكهرباء مصر بنحو 20 عاماً ـ فأصبحت “من أبهج خطط “أحياء” القاهرة وأفسحها واستوطنها األمراء واألعيان..”. والتراث املعماري للقاهرة اخلديوية بوسط البلد، يعد قيمة معمارية فريدة، ظهرت نتيجة تزاوج معماري قاهري ـباريسى ، فقد مت استحداث طراز معماري جديد، ذي طابع مختلف اختالفاً جذرياً عن طبيعة القاهرة الفاطمية واأليوانية و اململوكية والعثمانية أي “القاهرة التاريخية” التي متثل باألساس مراحل متعاقبة متصلة من الطرز املعمارية الشرقية اإلسالمية، يحيث يصبح طابع القاهرة اخلديوية امتزاجاً من العدد من الطرز األوروبية

الكالسيكية واجلديدة ، مطعمة مبفردات أساسية للعمارة الشرقية، لكي يضفي عليها كل ذلك ـ مجتمعاً ـ ثراء ال يضاهي. جهود الشركة القابضة للتأمني وشركة مصر إلدارة األصـول العقارية فى احلفـاظ على القاهـرة التاريخيـة

• مت نقـل عقارات شركات التأمني إلى شركة متخصصة هى شركة مصر إلدارة األصول العقـارية التى آلت إليها مسئولية احلفاظ على العقارات اململوكة لشركات التأمني من خالل خطط عمل تقوم على الكوادر البشرية املتخصصة واحملترفة بهدف تعظيم العائد واإلستغالل األمثل لألصول واإلمكانات املتاحة ومنها بال شك العقارات ذات الطابع التاريخى واملواقع املتميزة والتى يعد احلفاظ عليها وتنميتها أعظم إستفادة منها ألن قيمتها التاريخية والثقافية ال

تقدر بثمن وال ميكن بأى حال من األحوال التفكير فى بيعها أو التفريط فيها .• أنشـأنا بشـركة مصـر إلدارة األصـول العقـارية قطاع خاص بالعقارات التاريخية كل مهمته بحث كيفية احلفاظ على هذه العقارات وصيانتها وتعظيم

• املشروع االول : ترميم ودهان واجهات العقارات املطلة على شارع رمسيس وكذا رفع االعالنات من على واجهات وأسطح هذه العقارات و مت البدء بالفعل فى ترميم و دهان واجهـات بعـض العقارات ) 33 ش 26 يوليو ، 59 و 73 و 75 رمسيس ، 6 و 8 ميدان طلعت حرب ، 21 محمود بسيونى ...الخ( .

• املشروع الثانى : تطوير القاهرة اخلديوية باملثلث التاريخى )مثلثا رأسه ميدان التحرير وقاعدته ميدانى األوبرا ورمسيس(.

ونظـراً الن اجلهاز احلكومى ال ميكن ان يعمل مبفرده للنهوض بهذه املنطقة فقد شاركت الشركة القابضة للتأمني ضمن عدد من الكيانات الهامة داخل اجملتمع من بنوك وهيئات تعمل فى اجملال املصـرفى والتمويلـى باملسـاهمة والتعاون من اجل تطوير القاهرة اخلديوية وإعادتها ملا كانت عليه .

لذا فقد مت تشكيل مجلس امناء لهذه املنطقة فى 2008/1/26 برئاسة محافظ القاهرة وعضـوية عدد من رؤساء مجالس إدارات البنوك ومحافظ البنك املركزي والشركة القابضة للتأمني واجلهاز القومي للتنسيق احلضاري،ويهدف اجمللس إلي توفير االعتمادات املالية الالزمة واإلشراف علي أعمال التطوير التي ستتم في املنطقة و التى ميكن ان تساهم فى التطوير والنهوض بهذه املنطقة وجتديد املبانى التاريخية ذات الطابع املعمارى املميز وذلك لرفع القيمة اجلمالية

ملنطقة وسط القاهرة )القاهرة اخلديوية( ،

وبهذا يتم حتويلها إلى منطقة جذب سياحى وعمرانى دون اإلخالل بالبنية التاريخية للمكان.ومما تقدم يتضح انه يوجد تضافر للجهـود واملؤسسات والهيئات فى تلك املنطقة للحفاظ عليها وإعادة القيمة اجلمالية لها ، وانه فى حال وجود اى بيع لعقارات فى تلك املنطقة امنا هى حاالت بيع فردية ليس من بينها عقار واحد مملوك لشركات التأمني العامة ألننا شركاء جميعا فى احلفاظ على هذا الكنز

التراثى الذى يجب علينا حمايته وتنميته لألجيال القادمة .

وختاما ليس أدل على هذا التوجه من القرار الذى أصدره مؤخرا د. محمود محيى الدين يحظر على الشركات التابعة لوزارة اإلستثمار من التعامل مع الوحدات القاهرة كما قرر الثقافة واإلستثمار ومحافظة لوزارتى الرجوع إال بعد التابعة للدولة أو اخلديوية لغير اجلهات الفاطمية بالقاهرة اململوكة لها العقاريا تشكيل جلنة ملتابعة تنفيذ هذا القرار بهدف احلفاظ على القيمة التاريخية واألثرية لألصول التابعة للشركات التى تقع فى منطقـتى القاهرة الفاطمية

والقاهرة اخلديوية .
