Ryan is a strategy led creative thinker who has over a decade of experience in advertising. Over the years he has worked on a gamut of brands that include Dialog, Citibank, Janashakthi, Chaaya and MoneyGram.He’s also a passionate Thespian, Documentary Producer and Lecturer at the University of Visual and Performing Arts - not withstanding the fact that he left school at the tender age of fifteen.

An Apple Certified Final Cut Pro Editor, Ramesh has been responsible for some distinctive work done for clients such as Senok, Singer, Carlton Super 7s, Mobitel and Link. Ramesh also holds a Bachelors degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Colombo and is skilled in Windows, Linux and Mac OS operating systems. Our own ‘techie’ here at Masters, Ramesh is the technological backbone of Masters Advertising.
Gordon WhiteAccount Director
Gordon landed into advertising feet first. He has his Private Pilot License. Yet now the art of Com-munication gives Gordon the same thrills. In his words: “At first I was never cut to the chase but now deadlines, concepts, brainstorm-ing, presentations, multi-tasking with 4 kids have become my passion and past-time.”
Gamini UduporuwaDirector / Art Director
Gamini is a graduate of the Institute of Aesthetic Studies of the University of Kelaniya and is the longest serving staff member. He serves both as Director and Senior Art Director and has been responsible for many award winning campaigns including Help Age Sri Lanka, Hemas Marketing, Dialog, SLECIC, Ramada Renaissance and Janashakthi. He is also a Lecturer at the University of Visual and Performing Arts.

An artist in every sense of the word, Chaminda has been the mainstay of Masters’creative department for over 10 years. During that time he launched, nurtured and has given life to innumerable campaigns including Dialog, NSB, NTB, NDB Housing, Ceylinco, Janashakthi and Link Natural. He is also earning a reputation as one of the leading artists in Sri Lanka.

SLECICPredominantly a government sector corporation, the Sri Lanka Export Credit and Insurance Cor-poration, required a campaign which is informative, and speaks directly to the audience. Extract-ing one caption “what if my gems fall in the wrong hands” the advertisement appeals to all gem exporters, attracting them to read further and understand the core services of this institution. All types of exporters were ad-dress via this campaign.
