Any orders placed are subject to our terms and conditions whichare available on request and will be sent with our quotation. If youdo not already have an account with us, we will be happy to openone for you, subject to status. Should you require a layout which isdifferent from those illustrated, our staff will be pleased to discussyour needs and we will do our best to provide you with a solution.

Because demand for specific units is impossible to forecast, fromtime to time the particular unit you wish to hire may not beavailable. Where this happens, we will do our best to find anacceptable alternative for you.

Thousands of break-ins are recorded every year in the UK. OurAnti-vandal all steel designed buildings are tough and strongenough to discourage even the most determined of vandals.

The buildings are manufactured to an all steel design and comecomplete with an integral locking system, steel window shuttersand doors and anti-jemmy edges, forming a robust structure thatwill deter even the most proficient thief or vandal. The range isavailable in a variety of sizes and is fitted with electric heating andlighting facilities, power sockets and vinyl floor covering.

The range is available to hire in a variety of configurationsincluding Eco friendly versions.

Considerate Constructors SchemeThe Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) is designed to recognise construction teams displayingexcellent standards of consideration towards the general public, their workforce and the environment.

In order to help our customers meet CCS requirements we areable to supply a wide range of fully functional, compliant sitewelfare and accommodation solutions. These range fromincorporating welfare facilities such as kitchens and shower units,through to eco cabins that meet the highest CCS environmentalrequirements.

We supply a full range of perimeter site fencing equipped withappropriate safety and way finding signage, lighting installation,along with site gates for vehicles and separate pedestrian access.

We hold extensive stock of welfare and accommodation facilitiesand are able to work with you in identifying a bespoke solution.

Successful delivery of any project requires the establishment of aclean, safe and secure site. At Elliott we are able to help youachieve this as part of meeting your CCS commitments.

Eco RangeCan offer large potential energy savings compared to a traditionalAnti-vandal cabin.

Moduflex® RangeA flexible modular style design with easily interchangeable externalwall panels allowing individual requirements to be easily met.Moduflex® is capable of multi-storey configurations up to three storeyshigh.

We also have a range of specialist products available which includeAnti-Blast and Fire Rated cabins (see page 48), and Evolution SelfPowered Buildings (see page 50).

A variety of office layouts are available, and can include welfarefacilities, toilets, canteens and changing rooms.

We also offer low energy, Eco-Drying rooms with heated lockers, forthe secure drying of your work wear and personal clothing. Ourcanteen facilities include kitchen sinks, hot and cold running waterand worktops. Canteen tables and seating can also be provided. Ourcanteen facilities can form part of a combination of cabins includingchanging rooms, toilets and offices.

All of our portable offices, canteens and changing rooms are capableof being linked and stacked to form large work complexes capable ofaccommodating any numbers of users.

The Anti-blast range is generally manufactured to withstand100Mba free field overpressure (FFOP) with 200Mba reflectiveoverpressure on any face. The pulse duration used is 100m sec.

The Anti-blast range includes offices, canteens, changing rooms,plus toilet and shower blocks. The units can be provided either asindividual cabins or they can be linked via a linkway connectingeach cabin.

The Evolution range has been researched and developed by Elliottto answer those problems faced when mains services are notavailable on site.

The generator providing power for the electric heating, lightingand appliances is powered by either LPG (Liquefied PetroleumGas) or diesel generator. The generator is designed toautomatically switch on when lights, heating or appliances areswitched on.

Evolution is available as toilet and washing facilities, includingcanteens and changing rooms. Elliott also provide an effluent tankemptying service included in the hire rate.

Do you supply heating in the offices?Every office is supplied with a thermostatically controlled electricconvector heater.

We have limited room on our site, what should we do?If you have limited space, a technical specialist can visit your site tooffer the best advice.

Do we have to insure Elliott products while they are on hire?It is the hirers responsibility to insure Elliott products against allrisks whilst on your site or the site on which they were delivered.However, to make sure you’re not at risk you may wish to chooseour Damage Waiver Scheme (page 76) that provides a low costalternative to building insurance and completely eliminates thepossibility of heavy damage charges.

What ground preparation do we need to carry out?As well as ensuring unrestricted access to your site most productscan be delivered on reasonably well consolidated level ground. Fordouble stacked buildings a level hard standing should beprepared. For modular buildings please contact us for furtheradvice.

Do you offer any discounts?Discounts may be available for longer term hire periods or largercomplexes.

Will Elliott deliver to our site?We run a large fleet of lorries throughout the UK supported byselected haulage contractors that meet our strict codes ofpractice. Each vehicle is equipped with facilities that allow mostbuilding sizes to be off-loaded alongside the vehicle. Many of ourdrivers have been working in the industry for a number of yearswith levels of experience not matched elsewhere.

Are Elliott buildings ready assembled?Elliott buildings are assembled off-site to the highest standardsand are delivered ready for use. Hirers will need to arrange for theconnection of mains services to our buildings. Qualifiedtradesmen should carry out all work.

We are working in an area prone to theft and vandalism. What can you do to help?Elliott products are designed and manufactured to deter theft andvandalism. Refer to sections in this catalogue about our Securestorage range and Anti-vandal range.
