If you do not see a line for My maps, click on the search line and it will appear below. Click on My maps. Create a new map by clicking on the Create icon. Enter the address or the latitude and longitude of the property and click Search to locate the property.

You will have to click several times to get large enough to map the property. If the property lines appear as you enlarge the map, you can use them to draw your map. If the property lines do not appear, click on the arrow next to Base map and choose the Satellite view to aid in drawing the map. From the row of icons above the map, click on the icon titled Draw a line and then choose Add line or shape.

Release the cursor and then click and drag to the next corner. Once the perimeter is completed a box will appear asking you to Name the Layer. If you would like to change the color of your map, hold your cursor over the line with map layer you just created and click on the paint bucket icon. You can then choose a color for your map and lighten it or darken it. You can also change the width of the perimeter lines. Coloring the map can be of value if there are multiple properties being sold individually or as a whole.

(Optional) Click on the icon titled Add marker and then click on the location on the map where you would like to add the marker and a red marker will appear. You can then give the marker a title. For example: Video of Alleghany County, NC country home for sale. Once again you can add comments. For example: Call Bill (listing agent) at 1-333-888-8888 (agent cell phone #) Click on Save when you are finished.

Click on the red marker, choose the edit icon and then click on the camera icon titled Add image or video. Then choose the option YouTube URL and paste the video URL from your YouTube channel into the space provided. Choose Select and the YouTube video is embedded behind the marker. Once again think of a good Google search phrase for the title. This comment box is a good opportunity to give a disclaimer as to the accuracy of the map. Once again add cell #. When finished click on Save and a screen will appear showing that the map is private. Click on Change and then mark the page as Public on the web. Click on Save and then Done.

Highly Confidential for UCRE Affiliate Use Only Embed the Map in Your Listing To find the embed code, click on the three dots next to Share and choose Embed on my site and the embed code will appear. Copy and Paste the embed code to the end of your listing ad copy in RealTime. After pasting the embed code into RealTime, reduce the width to 480 and the height to 300. Click on Submit the Listing and the map will appear on the listing page. If you already have the listing page open during this process, you might have to hit the refresh button for the map to appear on the screen.
