LessonsEssential: - MAP co-ordinator- committed lead at senior level with links across organisations- a strategy with clear indicators of performance- clear structure & mechanisms, up, down & across- agreed roles & responsibilities for groups & members

Takes time & energy – have long term tactical plan

Be clear what is absolutely non-negotiable & be flexible on other things

Size probably matters a lot in terms of ease & speed
