These are an extremely cost-effective way of training large groups. Our DVDs show footage ofscenarios that viewers may be faced with and provide best practice solutions in an easy-to-followformat. Many of our DVDs are also interactive and allow viewers to answer questions pertinent totheir subject matter. DVDs can be shown countless times to numerous audiences.

We’ve found that learning is always made easier in a fun environment. Because of this we’vedeveloped full-colour card games, specifically to invigorate training sessions or act as a friendlyalternative to a mock examination. These training aids are the perfect icebreaker to introducepeople to new courses.

Our range of training presentations, which use PowerPoint, can be delivered from a computer/laptop.Those CD-ROMs that are classed as ‘Interactive’ will include visually engaging slides, a range ofactivities and supporting material including class, individual and group exercises along withguidance for tutor delivery. Those CD-ROMs that also include video footage are classified as‘Interactive+DVD’.

Our e-learning packages are specifically designed to engage users. They provide training in a visualpresentation format and allow users to interact with them by posing key questions and tasks on thetopics they have just been trained on. If users answer some questions incorrectly, they will be giventhe chance to discover where and why they went wrong, followed by the opportunity to correct theiranswer, giving them a further chance to digest the information.

POSTAGEOur standard delivery service is 3 working days(Monday to Friday) from receiving the order. Itemsvalued over £14.00 will be sent using a courierdelivery service which incorporates a "track andtrace" to ensure deliveries arrive on time and insatisfactory condition. All CDs and DVDs will besent via "special signed for post" (Monday to Friday).If the order is required for a Saturday delivery itwould be sent using the courier special Saturdaydelivery service which would include the extra costfor delivery and conditions as stated.

If you require your order urgently, we can dispatchon a 24 hour delivery (Monday to Friday) for only£5.00 extra (additional to normal postage price) plusVAT, providing the order is placed before 12 noon. If an order is required for a Saturday delivery, theextra cost for this special service will be £12.00 plusVAT providing the order is placed before 12 noon onthe Friday before the Saturday delivery. VAT will beadded to postal costs.
