EnviroPump Refrigerant Heating Chiller Pressurizer

• Water heaters cannot effectively pressurize a large tonnage R123 chiller. After hours or days, they only succeed in chasing refrigerant into the condenser and generating a scant 2-3 psi of internal pressure. In that time, they often heat the chiller barrel to a point where the metal expands and seals leaks.

• Liquid pump draws chiller refrigerant and pumps it through a vessel holding a 16kW heating element, which is self limited at 240°F to prevent burn outs and refrigerant degradation.

• With faster and more efficient heat transfer, EnviroPump does not cause refrigerant to simply migrate and recondense in the condenser. Leaks are easily identified with up to 10-psi of internal pressure being generated in only a few hours.

• On board compressor greatly accelerates purge speed by removing vapor from the cooling system and forcing processed refrigerant liquid back into the cooling system
