We deliver free within 100 miles of our shop or 25 miles of the display area. Beyond that there is a charge of $3.00 per loaded mile. (Extra charges apply to 14' and 16' wide build-ings and all garages to cover required transport permits.)
Instead of paying for a “built-on-site” charge, we can maneuver the building into your backyard, and into tight spots with our Mule IV. We can get into places that the truck and trailer cannot get into or in a yard that is too wet for a truck and trailer.

Step 1Start with Strait 2 x 4 lumber and construct a three sided frame 1 foot bigger than the building, making sure you are square with house or other sheds on your property. Drive in stakes around the outside of your frame to insure you can take the form back off. Make sure frame is level, and square measuring from corner to corner. Fasten form to stakes with screws from the outside.
Step 2 For best results, use class 5 gravel or crushed rock to insure water drainage away from building. Fill frame and level with rake
