(A) Efficient silencing and low cytotoxicity of CD4+ T cells upon Accell siRNA delivery. Primary CD4+ T cells stimulated with anti CD3/CD28 beads and 30 u/mL of rIL-2 overnight. Accell siRNA delivered at 1 µM (100,000 cells/well, 2% FBS RPMI and 30 u/mL of rIL-2). Analyzed at 96 hrs. (B and C) Efficient delivery of Accell siRNA in primary rat cortical neurons.
