ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE BY DESIGN
EDGE BUILDING certification has been targeted in
order to manage consumption, limit the building’s
environmental footprint and reduce running costs
for tenants.
The Ivoire Trade Center is just as ergonomic as it is
economical.
The environmental standards adhered to from
the design stage have allowed for a considerable
reduction in the consumption of water, electricity and
air conditioning.
This has been made possible by insulating the
building’s external façades and the roof terraces
and using low-energy lighting, high-performance
windows, electric blinds and air-treatment units with
heat recovery.
